Delivery Time

All orders are made to order and make take up to 3 working days for your item to be delivered, we aim to ship out all order the same working day.

PLEASE ALLOW 14 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE CONTACTING US ABOUT AN ORDER STATUS.

- You must only contact us via email:[email protected] or via the 'CONTACT' page on our website
- We aim to reply to emails within 2 hours, in busy periods we may exceed this.
- Any posts made to our social networks will be removed, repeat offenders may be banned or blocked.

Delivery Information

Please note: once an order has been placed, we can not change any details of your order, such as the following:

- The product purchased.
- The size of the item.
- The shipping address.
- Adding or subtracting any items to your order.
- The shipping method, or time of delivery.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. As well as using paypal we offer a stripe checkout service to make paying for your product even easier. You can use any card including Credit, Debit and American Express. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

Returns Policy

We are happy to exchange any merchandise within 14 days from the purchase, in light of the following situations:

1. We have posted the wrong item.

2. The item received is damaged on arrival.
